We all have our favorites, our “go to’s” – those tools, platforms and peripherals that we just can’t live without.  If you have a technology tool that you could just sing about or are looking to have one that you could, then this is the GuildChat for you.

This week’s GuildChat is all about swapping stories of our preferred technology tools that help us get the job done! Come armed with your thoughts on microphones, cameras, photo editing, recording or LMSs or come and learn from your peers on what are their favorites and why!

Prospective questions:

Q1. Do you have a favorite audio recording software? Which?

Q2. Working with an LMS that you actually like? Tell us which and why?

Q3. What are you using for video recording? Would you recommend it?

Q4. How about some favorite tech accessories (USB microphones, clip on camera lenses, ect)? Which are you loving?

Q5. What apps are you using for creative activities?

Q6. Do you have any drawing software/tools you’d recommend?

Q7. Tell us about your favorite collaboration tool. Why does it work so well for you?

Q8. What haven’t we mentioned in terms of techy tools that you are dying to tell us about?

Missed the chat? Don’t worry – you can still read through what happened on Storify.

The eLearning Guild has always looked to the community to form the conversations around learning and technology. We’ve taken it a step further however and created a rotating group of  voluntary #GuildChat Advisors! Each Advisor is selected for their unique perspectives and involvement in the the conversations around the learning industry. For a 6 month period they will help formulate the topics and questions for our weekly chat. We’ll be announcing our newest team of advisors soon!
