The 2016 Performance Support Symposium, the premier event for those exploring the strategies, technologies, and best practices for performance support, returns to Austin in June. This year’s Symposium will be exploring the full life-cycle of performance support applications in organizations, and we need your help to tell that story!
Exploring the Performance Support Life-cycle
The strategies and tactics used to leverage performance support in an organization can vary a great deal based on factors such as the organizational culture, the available resources, and the organization’s history with performance support. The approaches that work for an organization just testing their first performance support solution are completely different than those used by an organization with a more mature performance support culture.
This year’s Symposium explores the full spectrum of Performance Support, from the strategies used by organizations just getting started with performance support, to the tactics used to support an organization that has already embraced a culture of performance support, and the unique needs of those organizations that reside in the spaces in between.
Putting Performance Support to Work
Performance support is a growing trend in our field, one that expands and enhances the learning and training programs used in most organizations. The best way to get more organizations to understand and utilize performance support solutions is to share examples of performance support in practice. If your organization is currently leveraging performance support, consider sharing your story at the 2016 Performance Support Symposium.
